POLICIES: All clients must arrive at appointments without any nail enchantments on their nails unless being serviced with an acrylic fill. We do not offer soak offs as a service. Acrylic fills are only to be serviced on minimal growth. Growth past the midpoint of the nail plate will not be considered a fill. Clients will be charged for a full set. All clients are required to arrive on time. If a client arrives later than the scheduled time their appointment may be canceled or modified by the nail technician. All clients are expected to bring a form of payment into the building while being serviced. A client may not leave the building to get a form of payment. All clients are expected to pay the remaining balance after they are serviced. If a client refuses to pay the full payment after their appointment, they will be banned from all future appointments and we will involve the local police. If the clients natural nails are not healthy enough to service, their appointment may be cancelled. (this will be the only exception of a 50% refunded deposit.) Lastly, the only people allowed in the room are the nail technician and the client. No children, no significant others, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Glossed Nails charges a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
